GROW 'EM SHORT ACRES TRILL

2010 LA: VVEV 88

Dam: Irish Valley KHS Doctor Trifle

Willow Run Aloka Piffle x GCH Kickadee Hill Spin Doctor

Sire:  Grow 'Em Short Acres Halestorm

SGCH Wild-Willow Stout Hale (2003 Reserve NSBA Total Doe) x McQuitty Farm WMV ThoThorry

D.O.B. 04-06-2006

This beautiful girl comes from a local herd that raises just the most gorgeous Saanens.  We saw her at the Michigan State Fair and were just so impressed!  Trill's pedigree is like a "who's who" of Saanens, and it shows.  We're looking forward to campaigning Trill this season and have really high hopes for her.  Having Trill as one of our foundation does is very exciting, and a big thanks goes to the Williams' for allowing us to add this beautiful girl to our herd!

Irish Valley Thweet Therenade

Dam: CH McQuitty Farm WMV Thalutations

Sire: Irish Valley IVM Carlos

D.O.B.:  06-2008

RGCH x 1

1st x 1

Thalutations, Therenade's dam, is probably one of the most striking does that I've ever laid eyes on.  At the '06 National Show, she easily placed 1st in her class, along with first udder.  Not only that, but she was a strong contender in the Champion lineup, but being a first freshener, the judges decided against it.  Still though, what a doe!  Therenade, aka "Sarah Nadine", is quite a bit like her beautiful dam.  I feel so fortunate to have been able to add her to my herd, especially since her dam is now retired.  I just can't thank the Gosnells of Irish Valley Farm enough for allowing Sarah Nadine to come home with me!

Sarah kidded this spring for the first time with a single doeling, "Love Child".  Sarah's udder started out slightly uneven, but evened up nicely and she milked a little over a gallon a day.  We're really excited to see how she'll do as a second freshener, and hopefully she'll be hitting the showring.
